Enrolment is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis – registrations will open on the 3rd January 2018. Registration Fee: Includes full access to the 2 day conference, conference materials, networking luncheons and refreshments

Cancellations: Cancellations to reach us by fax or email 40 days prior commencement of the event to receive full refund.  For cancellations up to 30 days prior the event a cancellation fee of 50% of the delegate fee will apply.  Thereafter no refund is payable.  Delegate substitutions are welcome, please inform of substitute details.

Payments: An invoice will be forwarded on receipt of completed registration form.  The delegate fee is payable within 7 days on receipt of invoice.  Delegate fee excludes VAT.  On receipt of payment confirmation will be forward to the delegate via email.
